If something goes wrong
Troubleshooting the 777cX install
Almost every install problem falls into one of these six buckets. Work through the matching fix — if it still will not budge, the Telegram support channel will get you sorted quickly.
“Install blocked” message
The unknown-sources permission is not enabled for the browser you downloaded with. Go back to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps and enable it for that specific browser, then reopen the APK.
Download stops partway
Usually a network drop. Clear the partial file from your Downloads folder, switch to a stable Wi-Fi or 4G connection and start the download again. A half-downloaded APK will always fail to install.
“App not installed” error
This normally means an older 777cX build is still on the phone, or storage is full. Uninstall the previous version, free up at least 200 MB, then install the new APK. Reboot the phone if the error repeats.
Play Protect warning
Android shows this for any app installed outside the Play Store — it is not a virus detection. If you used the official link on this site, choose to continue. If you got the file anywhere else, delete it.
App opens but games will not load
